Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence in All We Do guide cadet behavior, leadership, academics, PT, and service.
JROTC builds citizenship, service, personal responsibility, and a sense of accomplishment through academics, leadership, wellness, and activities.
The guide defines Group, Operations, Support, Training, Flight, Logistics, Equipment, Admin/Personnel, Public Affairs, and special team roles.
Operations covers special teams, after-school practices, color guard, parade preparation, service projects, off-campus visits, event support, field trips, PT, drill, and marksmanship.
Cadets are expected to meet uniform, PT gear, grooming, hair, jewelry, nail, and professional appearance standards when required.
The guide explains honor code expectations, discipline, military courtesy, saluting, public behavior, and professional standards.
Cadets should sign in as directed for events and service. Activity attendance and community service hours affect ribbons, awards, and progress.
The full guide includes rank and insignia references, 30 Basic drill sequence information, Windsor knot guidance, and the Air Force Song.
Simple reminders for the things that affect grades, events, and readiness.
Wear the assigned uniform correctly for the full school day. Check shoes, belt, name tag, rank, ribbons, grooming, and missing items before inspection.
Bring proper athletic shoes and participate with effort. PT days should be checked before the week starts.
Important updates should be acknowledged. If an event requires a form, ride, payment, or uniform, confirm it early.
Cadets submit one request. Staff reviews it from a sheet-style inbox.
Only completed event records are shown here until staff publishes new opportunities.
Attendance confirmed and recorded for cadet accountability.
Approved service-hour record with roster and proof attached.
Practice attendance recorded for team participation and ribbon evidence.
A good operations system should reduce confusion before it becomes a problem.
Cadets rely on chat messages, likes, DMs, repeated reminders, and scattered files to figure out what is required.
Cadets check one page, submit one request, and staff reviews everything through a clear workflow.
Fewer missing acknowledgments, faster roster completion, cleaner form tracking, and service hours approved with proof.
For staff, logistics, and instructors
