Why This Helps The Unit

A good operations system should reduce confusion before it becomes a problem.

Before

Cadets rely on chat messages, likes, DMs, repeated reminders, and scattered files to figure out what is required.

Measured By

Fewer missing acknowledgments, faster roster completion, cleaner form tracking, and service hours approved with proof.

For staff, logistics, and instructors

The portal is the operations side.

Cadets get simple information here and a separate cadet login for their own record. The staff portal handles acknowledgments, rosters, service-hour approvals, uniform tracking, documents, and promotion workflows.
